Specialized Vilitek BATT series inert-gas tanks are designed for storage and transportation in an inert gas environment as well as supply of various powders to different technological units and receipt of metal powders for selective laser sintering, powder metallurgy, isostatic pressing, and powder solders. Vilitek BATT tanks are designed to work with powders sensitive to atmospheric oxygen and moisture or pyrophoric powders. These tanks are designed taking into account the features of the interfaced equipment, may be equipped with adapters to connect to almost any technological equipment. Tanks are made of high-quality imported and domestic components by Vilitek in Russia.

Multi-purpose inert-gas tank for storage and transportation of metal powders. Vilitek BATT-30G tanks are specially designed for receiving metal powder from screening machines, air classifiers, grates and other equipment the height under which is limited. To receive powders from gas atomizers, and centrifugal spaying machines, tanks are available in water-cooled configuration. These tanks allow to combine various technological equipment in a single process chain.

Vacuum Vilitek BATT-100VG tank for metal powders

Vilitek BATT-100VG tanks (100 liters, vacuum, horizontal) are used in the manufacture of powders for isostatic pressing of profile disks with blades for aircraft engines, gas turbines. Tanks of this type can be discharged by vacuum pumps before filling with inert gas, pumping off may be carried out both separately and when connected to mating technological equipment.

Vilitek BATT-100VG tanks are specially designed for receiving powders from metal powder screening machines, air classifiers, gloveboxes, centrifugal classifiers, centrifugal spaying machines, gas atomizers, grates, the height under which is limited. To receive hot powders, tanks are available in water-cooled version. Due to the fact that loading is carried out in horizontal tank (minimum height), it is possible to optimize the frame height of the equipment to be mated, and to refuse the equipment in pits in many cases and thereby to cut down expenses in the manufacture and installation of equipment, as well as increase staff comfort when working with technological chain equipment.

Structurally, tanks are vacuum chambers installed in a frame that simplifies transportation, storage and installation of tanks on technological equipment.
