Sealed waste bags

Polymer bags for gloveboxes and isolators are used to remove hazardous, radioactive and biologically infected objects, filters, tools, and waste from the glovebox. The tightness and reliability of products is guaranteed by more than 70 years of experience, focused specialization in the production of polymer products for the pharmaceutical and nuclear industries, and strict quality control at all production stages.

Sealed polymer waste bags are installed on ports with a diameter of 186 mm and 220 mm, the length of the bags is 1,000 mm. The operator needs to put the items to be removed from the glovebox or isolator in the bag, then the part of the bag with the item to be removed is sealed and separated. This ensures the item removal from the glovebox without faults in tightness and without contact of the item with the room atmosphere.

Specialized devices are used for heat sealing of bags

Manual heat sealing devices with working area of various sizes. Standard working area is 12x350 mm.

Automated heat sealing devices with working area of various sizes. Heat sealing is carried out in three parallel strips. Standard length of working area is 400 mm.
