Vilitek VBS professional ultrasonic baths are commercial bench-mounted ultrasonic baths of 0.8-27 L. Bath and housing are made of high-quality stainless steel. The warranty for Vilitek VBS professional ultrasonic baths is 24 months.

The standard operating frequency of standard Vilitek ultrasonic baths is 40 kHz, which is the optimum for most applications. We also offer ultrasonic baths with generators of specific frequencies: 28, 68, 80, 100 and 120 kHz. Ultrasonic washing machines with a frequency of 28 kHz better cleans engine oil, carbon deposits, gross contaminations and can be used for heavily contaminated metal elements, for example, parts of combustion engine, castings after melting, etc. Ultrasonic washing machines with increased frequency, on the contrary, are better for precision surfaces, for example, small microelectronic components, precision optics, etc.

However, if the bath is to be used for washing of products made of various materials, or it is planned to carry out experiments using different ultrasonic frequencies, we recommend choosing VBS-DS baths with controlled ultrasonic frequency of 28/40 kHz. VBS-DS and VBS-DD ultrasonic baths have a degassing function to remove dissolved gases from the working solution. Due to the absence of gas bubbles in the solution, the efficiency of cavitation, and, consequently, washing, is increased.

VBS standard non-heated ultrasonic baths with mechanical timer

Ultrasonic baths with a simple and reliable mechanical timer, without a liquid heating system. Timer setting is 1-20 minutes. This is a good option if you need high-quality equipment, but the budget is limited. To get information on the appearance of the required model of an ultrasonic bath, click on its name in the table. An operating frequency of 40 kHz is the best option for most standard applications.

VBS-H analog control heated ultrasonic baths with mechanical timer

Ultrasonic baths with analog control and the function of liquid heating. Control is carried out by simple and reliable electromechanical regulators. The heating temperature is from 0°C to +60 °C, the timer is 1-20 minutes. Some functions available on models with digital control are not available in washing machines of this series, users prefer this series of baths for simplicity and reliability. Ultrasonic baths of this series are delivered both with a standard universal operating frequency of 40 kHz and with a reduced frequency of 28 kHz for cleaning of gross contaminants.

The heating temperature for Vilitek digital-controlled ultrasonic baths is from 0 °C to +60 °C, the timer is set at 1-99 minutes. Vilitek ultrasonic baths of this series can be used both at home and in small workshops, as well as at defence enterprises. Ultrasonic baths of this series are delivered with an operating frequency of 40 kHz.

Vilitek VBS-DS ultrasonic baths provides operation at two different frequencies of 28 kHz and 40 kHz and are deservingly popular among professional users due to their versatility and the ability to adapt to a specific type of contamination. The ultrasonic baths of this series are equipped with a digitally controlled controller, provide degassing function and an ultrasonic frequency adjustment. The heating temperature is set in the range from 0 °C to +60 °C, the timer is set at 1-99 minutes.

Technical features and advantages

The bath working tank is made from a single sheet of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304 by deep stamping. The working tank wall thickness is 1 mm. Piezoelectrical ultrasonic transmitters are located under the bottom of the working tank. The outer casing of Vilitek VBS ultrasonic baths is made of 1 mm AISI 202 stainless steel with decorative corrugation, which provides strength, durability, chemical resistance and excellent appearance. All ultrasonic baths of the VBS series are delivered complete with stainless steel covers and special baskets (except for baths with a volume of 0.8 litres) for the products to be cleaned. The temperature sensor on heated baths is located on the outside of the working tank inside the housing and is not designed to accurately measure the temperature of the working solution; to accurately measure the temperature of the solution, it is necessary to use an immersion temperature sensor.

Stainless steel ball valves are installed on Vilitek ultrasonic baths of 6 litres or more for convenient draining of liquid, ultrasonic baths of up to 4 litres can be emptied, if necessary, by overturning the devices due to their light weight and compact size. Ultrasonic washing machines are equipped with convenient handles.

To improve the quality and speed up the washing process, we recommend using the specific Vilitek Ultra cleaning agents for ultrasonic baths. Cleaning agents for Vilitek ultrasonic baths are highly cost-efficient in use and transportation, as they are supplied as concentrated solutions, and are diluted in the required concentrations with water at place of application.
