The composition of these products is specially developed for the most efficient and quickest cleaning of the most common contaminants, such as carbon deposits, rosin, flux, oils, fuels, blood during the pre-sterilization cleaning of surgical instruments, grease, as well as household dirt of jewellery. Taking into account the specifics of contamination, you can choose one of four agents that is most suitable for solving your problem.

Cleaning agents are available in three can sizes — 1 L, 3 L and 30 L and are perfect for use with standard VBS ultrasonic baths. Each product is a concentrate and shall be diluted with water, thus they are cost-efficient for Vilitek ultrasonic baths.

Vilitek Ultra concentrated cleaning agents for ultrasonic baths

	ULTRA-F is a professional cleaner for ultrasonic baths designed for cleaning of printed circuit boards. It cleans off the grease, effectively removes complex contaminants such as rosin, solder and polishing pastes, graphite greases, fuels, fluxes, carbon deposits, oils, etc. It is mainly used in the manufacture and repair of products at electronic industry enterprises. It is also recommended to clean parts of various mechanisms. Preparation of the working solution: dissolve the concentrate in water in a ratio of 5-15% of working fluid volume.
	ULTRA-M is a professional concentrated cleaner for combustion engines, compressors and other mechanisms from carbon deposits, oils etc. It cleans off the grease. It is an antistatic. Environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic. It is also suitable for cleaning of various metals, plastic, glass and ceramic products and surfaces. Preparation of the working solution: dissolve the concentrate in water in a ratio of 2-5% of working fluid volume.
	ULTRA-A is a unique detergent for acid-based ultrasonic baths with low foam-forming. It is designed to remove mineral contaminants from products surfaces made of acid-resistant materials (stainless steel, aluminium alloys, plastics, polymers, rubber). It can be used to clean food equipment components: nozzles, injectors, needles, etc. Preparation of the working solution: dissolve the concentrate in water at the rate of 2-5% concentrate of working fluid volume. The optimum ratio of concentrate and water is determined empirically for a specific task.
	ULTRA-D is a professional concentrated detergent for jewellery cleaning. It is primarily intended to clean gold and silver jewellery. Effectively eliminates any domestic pollution, makes the product shine and glossy. It cleans off the grease. After processing, the product is thoroughly washed with water and dried. The recommended cleaning time for the product is up to 5 minutes. Preparation of the working solution: dissolve the concentrate in water at the rate of 2-4% concentrate of working fluid volume Concentration can be increased after checking the durability of the product.
